  2.  Changes for the Amiga 68k/PPC port:

  4.    - added various smakefile, smakefilePPC and
  5.      SCOPTIONS files
  6.    - created include directory with various
  7.      replacements (pdflib)
  8.    - added dummy p_gif.c to avoid licensing
  9.      problems (p_gif_original.c is still there,
  10.      but not used anymore)
  11.    - added "bin" and "lib" directories for 68k/PPC
  12.      exe files and link libraries
  13.  
  14.  pdflib.lib is the 68k link library,
  15.  pdflib.a is the PPC link library.
  16.  
  17.  Both don't support TIFF or GIF, but JPEG
  18.  support is enabled.
